We ship from Freeland PA, USA. Delivery time is entirely dependent on the US Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order has left our hands. Check your Spam folders if our emails are not landing in your Inbox.

Order processing is typically 2-3 business days.

Shipping Method
We ship using First Class Package service via US Postal Service. This provides tracking & delivery confirmation. Orders are packaged in bubble to protect the contents. This offers both buyer and seller protection that you get your items in a timely manner, and they arrive in good condition.

Shipping Days
USPS picks up our shipments 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, except on Holidays when the Post Office is closed.

Once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over delays by USPS. We will not refund shipping costs due to delays by the postal service. If tracking on the package shows no movement for several days, please contact us so we can assist with finding the package.

Delivered - but it's not here!
Frequently we have customers who tell us they have gotten the Delivered confirmation email, and tracking shows the package as Delivered, but it's no where to be seen. When this happens, the package is usually delivered the next delivery day or found by a family member who placed it somewhere around the house. We kindly ask that you wait 24-48 hours before deciding the package is lost. After that time, contact us and we can help with finding the package.

Shipped - wrong address provided
Your order confirmation email asks you to review your order for accuracy including the shipping address. There are typically 24-48 hours before your order ships for a customer to notify us of any changes needed to the order. If we ship the order to the address you provide and the address is not valid, we are not responsible for providing a refund or a replacement. If the package gets returned to us by either USPS as undeliverable, unable to forward, or a "return to sender" from the original address, we will process a refund for the items returned only. You will not be refunded for original shipping cost of the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns within 2 days of receipt. Please contact us at customcraftworks0@gmail.com to notify of your intention to return the product and follow the return information below.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded only for the product(s) being returned.
To be eligible for a return, the item was damaged during shipping only. A picture of item and box must be sent via email within 24 hrs of receiving item. Will not accept returns if the buyer alters the product in anyway. If picture not sent in the 24 hr timeline, return will not be accepted.

All diamond paintings are completed and framed already. All resin products are custom made, and there will be some flaws due to resin settling, such as bubbles, not perfectly straight if another resin item is in the inside.
